First-Offense DUI - Case Dismissed

A client was charged with DUI after failing a field sobriety test. Upon investigation, we discovered that the breathalyzer machine used was not properly calibrated. This evidence, combined with witness statements about the client's lack of impairment, led to the dismissal of all charges in court.
