Felony Drug Possession - Charges Dropped
March 2022
Our client, a college student, was arrested for felony drug possession after a routine traffic stop. The police conducted a search without a warrant, claiming probable cause. After reviewing the case, we successfully argued that the search violated the Fourth Amendment. As a result, all charges were dropped, and our client's record remained clean, allowing them to continue their education without disruption.
